Once you are in the meeting, look for the “Interpretation” icon in the Zoom toolbar (this may look like a globe or a language symbol).
Click on this icon to see the available language options.
Choose Your Preferred Language:
Select your desired language from the list provided. For example, if you want to hear the interpretation in French, click on “French.”
Once selected, you will hear the interpreters speaking in that language.
Adjust Audio Settings (if needed):
If you experience any audio issues, make sure your device’s volume is turned up and not muted.
You can also check your Zoom audio settings by clicking on the arrow next to the microphone icon and selecting “Audio Settings.” Ensure the correct speaker is selected.
Switching Languages:
If you need to switch to another language during the conference, you can repeat the steps above to select a different language from the interpretation menu.
Using Headphones:
For the best audio experience, it is recommended to use headphones so please bring your own. This helps reduce background noise and improves sound quality.
Troubleshooting:
If you cannot hear the interpreters, check your internet connection and try leaving and rejoining the meeting.
Ensure that you have selected the correct language in the interpretation settings.
